Kindermusik® in the Frankfurt Area
Goodbye Hamburg!
A personal note to all of my Kindermusik families:
My family and I will be moving away from Hamburg in January 2008. My husband has started a new job in Betzdorf, a small town in central Germany. We are very excited to take on the new adventures that life has to offer us, but are also very sad to be leaving our friends in Hamburg behind.
It has been a wonderful four years teaching all of you. A special thanks goes out to all of my Kindermusik families – whether you were with me from the beginning or for a shorter period of time, you all hold a very special place in my heart. Please keep in touch and let me know how you and your families are doing.
I am proud to announce that Eve Christie-Hirsch will be taking over all of my Kindermusik classes in Hamburg. I hope to be opening up my Kindermusik studio in the Frankfurt area starting in Febrauary 2008.
I will miss you all!

Welcome to Kindermusik®!
I am Kate, a licensed Kindermusik® educator and the founder and director of the first Kindermusik® International program in Germany. Kindermusik® is the world's leading publisher of music and movement curricula for parents and their children, ages newborn to seven years old.
In my Kindermusik® classes, I lead a group of parents and their children through joyful activities, using music and movement, and everybody gets something out of it:
- Playful music education boosts a child's development in all areas.
- Parents learn more about their child's unique talents and abilities.
- The children always have lots of fun.
- Parents and children share special moments.
Furthermore, as all classes are conducted in English, my program offers an added benefit for children raised bilingually.
Music and Movement for Children
I am proud to present Kindermusik® International, a program based on ideas first developed in Germany back in the 1960s as Musikalische Früherziehung, or music for the young child, before being brought over to America in the 70s and translated into English.
